Hooks Terms of Service

1. About Hooks CRM

Hooks CRM is operated by RealOpen. Access is restricted to authorised RealOpen team members. Users authenticate via Auth0 using company-issued credentials.

2. X (Twitter) Integration

If you choose to connect your X account to Hooks CRM, you grant Hooks the ability to:

• Read your X profile data and public posts
• Send Direct Messages on your behalf to X users you select
• Read DM conversations associated with your account

Hooks acts exclusively as a sales-assist automation tool. No DMs are sent automatically — every message requires an explicit click from you.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content sent via your connected X account. You agree to use Hooks CRM in compliance with X Developer Policy and applicable law.

4. Data Use

Hooks does not sell your data or your X account's data to any third party. Data is used solely to facilitate CRM outreach within your organisation.

5. Revoking Access

You may disconnect your X account at any time from the Settings page. You may also revoke access directly from your X Connected Apps settings. Revoking access deletes stored tokens from Hooks CRM.
